Section 125 Cafeteria Plan is an employer-offered employee benefit plan through which an employee, for each 12 month plan year, agrees to forego a portion of annual compensation and in exchange receive benefits which, when received, are excluded from the employee's gross income and are a deductible business expense for the employer.
